Hi, I'm Elisha
I've loved everything fitness for as long as I can remember. After taking the leap into personal training, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with: women who don't want the noise of a mainstream gym.
No hunky men, no twenty-something girlies, no pressure. Just a private home-gym studio where you can train at your own pace, with a coach who truly listens.
Alongside personal training, I'm working towards specialist qualifications in pre & postnatal fitness, menopause, body image and eating disorders — because real support goes far beyond reps and sets.
